Return and Exchange Policy


ROYQUEEN products are of highest quality and in good conditions before we deliver or supply it to our customers. We make sure that all our products go into good packaging and thoroughly checking before it reaches our customers.

However, there are circumstances when damaged or defective products occur. For our customers’ right, ROYQUEEN gives our customers a seven (7)-day return/replacement for all our products.

In case of defective items, we ask our customers to ship them back within 7 days or they can bring it to the nearest Royqueen Branch in their area with the receipt and original packaging intact and undamaged. A refund or a replacement will be given if the product is deemed defective by our product experts.

 

For sanitation purposes, products that have been used will not be refunded or replaced. Replacement due to wrong orders or for personal choices (color or size is not good, etc) will not be entertained as well.


  1. How long do I have to decide if I want to return or exchange an item?

               We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery or purchased of the item.

 

  1. Are you eligible for a return/replacement?

                Your return/replacement will be only eligible with the following reasons:

 

  1. DAMAGED ITEM- item is damaged during shipment (unused item with complete set of accessories and original packaging with receipt)
  2. DEFECTIVE ITEM (not damaged; factory defect/fault item with complete accessories and original packaging with receipt)
  3. WRONG ITEM DELIVERED (unused; not damaged; with complete set of accessories and original packaging with receipt)
  4. MISSING PARTS/ITEMS (unused; not damaged; with complete set of accessories and original packaging with receipt)

               

  1. Does ROYQUEEN allow refunds?

                 Sorry, we do not issue cash refund.

 

  1. ROYQUEEN reserves the right for final decision.
